About $20 million is earmarked for MEG's Phase 2B brownfield expansion at its Christina Lake thermal in-situ facility. The expansion will add another 13,000 bbl/day of capacity through the addition of more steam generation, water handling and oil treating capacity at the plant’s central processing facility.
